At Pioragap, we keep shipping straightforward—from checkout to delivery. Each parcel is packed with care so your printed apparel and accessories arrive clean, safe, and on time.

Shipping Area

Pioragap ships clothing and fashion accessories to selected international locations: the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

We currently can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and certain island regions in Europe or Australia). Please use a residential or business street address for secure delivery.

Shipping Costs (in USD)

To keep fees predictable, Pioragap uses flat rates by region. Free shipping applies once your order meets the listed threshold.

All charges appear at checkout before you pay. What you see is what you pay—no surprise delivery add-ons later.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Pricing is transparent. You won’t be billed extra duties at delivery. The checkout total—product price plus any shipping fee—is the full amount. Pioragap covers import duties, VAT, and customs clearance so your order arrives without unexpected costs.

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) to prepare items for shipment. Each product receives a final quality check before packing.

Estimated Delivery by Region:

  • United States: 5–6 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT): 6–8 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders after 2:00 PM (EST) begin processing the next business day.

Fashion Shipping & Packaging

Because apparel is light and ready to wear, Pioragap ships garments folded in protective polybags or tissue, then placed in branded boxes or mailers. Care instructions are included with every piece. Accessories (caps, totes, socks, etc.) are individually wrapped to prevent scuffs during transit.

Tracking Your Order

When your parcel leaves our facility at 146 M.L.K. Senior Heritage Trail, Stockbridge, GA 30281, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update, especially on international routes that pass through customs.

Damaged or Lost Goods

Damaged on arrival: Contact Pioragap within 72 hours of delivery. Share your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging. After review, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost in transit: If there’s no delivery within 10 business days (U.S.) or 14 business days (international)—or tracking hasn’t updated for a week—reach out. If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll replace the order at no cost or provide a full refund.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel an order that hasn’t been processed or shipped—please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order is processed and transferred to the carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, you may use Pioragap’s Return & Refund Policy.
