Refund and Returns Policy

At Pioragap, we stand behind the quality and fit of our printed apparel and accessories. If your order isn’t right, we offer a clear, fair path to return or refund. This policy covers orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

Policy Overview

Return Period 30 days from the day you receive the item.
Returns due to Pioragap’s fault Free ($0). Applies to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. A prepaid label will be provided.
Returns by Customer Request Customer pays return postage (e.g., change of mind, size/fit not suitable, not as expected).
Refund Processing Within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Re-Import Fee None ($0).
Applicable Market Valid for the 10 countries listed above.

General Conditions for Returns

To keep returns fair and hygienic for apparel, the following rules apply:

  • Return Window: Submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags/labels attached. Items with wear, stains, fragrances, deodorant marks, or alterations are not eligible.

  • Packaging: Return items in their original packaging (branded polybags, tissue, accessories like spare buttons/straps). If you no longer have the original packaging, use secure packaging at your own cost.

  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number, invoice, or order confirmation.

  • Non-Eligible Cases: Washed, worn, or altered items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

These conditions apply in all supported regions.

Return Procedures by Case

A. Returns Due to Pioragap’s Fault

We take responsibility when:

  • Damaged in Transit: Tears, stains, or harm caused during shipping.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues like faulty seams, broken zippers, misaligned prints.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: Incorrect size, color, style, or design.

Costs & Options:

  • Return is free with a prepaid label (pickup arranged where available).

  • Choose either:

    1. Replacement (subject to stock), or

    2. Full refund, including the original shipping fee you paid.

B. General Returns (Change of Mind / Size Didn’t Work)

We get that fit and taste can vary.

  • Eligibility: Return within 30 days, item unused/unwashed/unworn, tags intact.

  • Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer (non-refundable). Use a tracked service and keep your receipt.

  • Inspection: Once received, our team checks condition. Items that pass inspection qualify for refund.

  • Refund Amount: Product price only (original shipping is not refunded).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards (digital or physical).

  • Final Sale/Clearance items (sold “as is”).

  • Used/Washed/Altered Apparel (any visible wear, tailoring, perfume/cosmetic marks).

  • Custom or Personalized Products (e.g., custom prints/embroidery/made-to-order) unless defective.

Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • For defects/damage: clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Step 2: Get Instructions
Within 1–2 business days, we’ll reply with return directions. If it’s our fault, we’ll also send a prepaid return label.

Step 3: Pack & Send
Repack securely (original packaging preferred). Ship the parcel to: Pioragap – Returns Department 146 M.L.K. Senior Heritage Trail, Stockbridge, GA 30281

Refund Processing

  • Timing: We initiate refunds within 7 business days after your return arrives and passes inspection.

  • Method: Refunded in USD to your original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). Store credit available on request.

  • Notification: We’ll email you once the refund is processed.

  • Bank Timelines: Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to release funds.

  • Restocking Fees: None. Approved returns receive the full eligible amount.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Processing: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Transit Estimates:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): 5–7 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–9 business days

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET start processing the same business day; after 2:00 PM ET, processing begins the next business day.
