Pioragap launched in 2024 in Stockbridge, Georgia with a simple plan: make clothes that feel personal, hold up to daily wear, and stand out from copy-paste styles. We asked, “How can we deliver good-looking, custom-ready pieces without extra middlemen?”

We chose a Direct-to-Consumer model and sell only on our site. That way we control everything—fabric picks, sewing, printing, checks, and shipping. Pricing stays clear, quality stays steady, and orders move on time.

From our workshop at 146 M.L.K. Senior Heritage Trail, Stockbridge, GA 30281, we run a compact, fast setup. We keep a small shelf of ready items and handle custom requests on short timelines. The space is simple, the flow is tight, and we care about the small details.

Materials are set to practical standards. Cotton-blend tees around 180–200 GSM balance drape and strength; fleece tops around 280–300 GSM add warmth without bulk. We test prints for clarity and shape after repeated washes. We source blanks and materials from trusted U.S. suppliers, and we fit and review every design before a full run.

Accessories come from reliable partners and are finished in-house when needed—caps, totes, and small add-ons so you don’t have to hop brands.

Production Process & Quality Control

Good gear starts with good inputs. Each fabric batch is checked for weight, shrink, and color consistency. Tees use mid-weight cotton blends; hoodies use brushed fleece around 280–320 GSM; items needing recovery use blends with a bit of stretch. Accessories are sourced from dependable U.S. and international partners with safety docs where required.

Sewing and printing sit side by side. We use industrial machines for consistent seams, then pick the right print method—DTG for detail, screen print for larger runs, and heat-transfer vinyl for bold shapes. Keeping steps close helps align seams and graphics.

Every piece follows a hands-on checklist: seams, threads, print position, fabric stretch. On a 50-shirt run, we make multiple passes—before packing and after—to catch issues early. Anything off-spec is pulled and replaced in the same batch. If something slips through, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days.

Custom flow is simple: quick design consult (1–2 days), mockup approval, production (about 2–3 days), then an extra check before packing. Care tips come with every custom item.
